Viviane, what is your personal success?

I managed to integrate sport in my day-to-day life and develop a regular routine with fixed training days. I also noticed that my training has changed over time, for example, I can now confidently participate in the BURN class or exercises like planks and burpees, which I wouldn’t have attempted half a year ago.

Why did you decide to begin training with CYBEROBICS?

I was especially impressed by the wide variety of classes and coaches. Before, I always joined classes at my fitness studio. During the lockdown, I needed an alternative. In November 2020, I discovered the CYBEROBICS app, and since then, I have trained exclusively at home.

How did CYBEROBICS help you to achieve your goal?

I have problems with slight hypermobility in my back. The classes BACK, SIXPACK, BOX and STRONG really helped me to strengthen my back. The community also was very motivating and helped me to reach my goal.

Have you already decided on your next goal?

One of the goals I’m focusing on is to lose some more weight. I don’t want to commit to a specific number, just gain a little more definition. Another goal is to improve in the individual exercises so that, at some point, I’ll be able to do the “hard” version directly. And of course, I want to go to the community get-together again next year!

Do you have any tips for self-motivation?

I suggest that you try out different coaches, classes and levels, because there are easier versions of exercises even at the pro level. Start with small goals and concentrate on building a training routine. The most important thing is to get started and get over your hesitation – and, of course, to have fun! And if an exercise doesn’t work out straight away, just take a break and then start again.
