How do I start using CYBEROBICS?
The most direct way is via this website: register above under Start free trial with your e-mail address. Then, select your membership and you can immediately train free of charge for 14 days with over 100 fitness classes & workouts. Additionally, you can download the free CYBEROBICS app for iOS or Android

How is my payment processed?
Both in the CYBEROBICS app and on our website cyberobics.com, you can pay for your premium subscription via PayPal or a credit card. You can also redeem a voucher code here. In the CYBEROBICS app, concluding and managing your subscription takes place directly via your Apple AppStore or Google Play Store.

How can I cancel my membership?
If you concluded your membership via our website, you can cancel it by simply logging into your account at app.cyberobics.com. If you concluded your subscription in your Apple AppStore or Google Play Store, you must also cancel it via the respective store. You can find all the information on our contract terms and conditions here: General Terms and Conditions
If you used a voucher code to register for CYBEROBICS, there is no need to cancel your membership. After expiry of the voucher period, your account will automatically be converted to a free account, allowing you to continue to access all free CYBEROBICS content.
