Nils, what is your personal success?

For the best holiday of my life, I managed to get in the best shape of my life. I felt so confident in my own skin that I wasn’t afraid to strut my stuff at the beach.

Why did you decide to begin training with CYBEROBICS?

I was looking for alternatives after the fitness centres closed. A centre employee mentioned CYBEROBICS to me. I really enjoyed the app design and the classes. At that point, I started to rethink my long-held beliefs around training. Do I even need a fitness centre to look good and stay fit? The answer is a clear no!

How has CYBEROBICS helped you to reach your goal?

CYBEROBICS allowed me to train at any time and anywhere. The wide variety of different classes also motivated me to keep going time and time again. CYBEROBICS always gives me the feeling that I can face new challenges. I was thrilled that, thanks to CYBEROBICS, I could also keep in shape over my long summer holiday. Every morning, I chose 1 or 2 classes to complete. It didn’t matter whether I was at the beach, in our holiday home or outside on the sports ground!


Have you already decided on your next goal?

When the gyms started opening again, I decided to keep training with CYBEROBICS. It was more fun and training with instruction gave me significantly more motivation. The successes I achieved were also more noticeable than with other training methods. I would like to become even more flexible and make progress in the areas MOBILITY and YOGA. CYBEROBICS provides me with the ideal conditions to do that.

Do you have any tips for self-motivation?

Set your goals before the week starts, decide what classes or workouts you want to complete and write out a training plan. Even if you have no or little time, you should try to do a workout, even if it’s only 10 minutes long. It always made me feel better to have done something, even if it was only a few minutes.
