Sabine, what is your personal success?

My success is that, thanks to my training with CYBEROBICS, I am now just as flexible as I was before my traffic accident and can do all kinds of exercise again. Of course, I also count as a success that I was able to motivate my friends and family to get CYBEROBICS memberships. 😉

Why did you decide to begin training with CYBEROBICS?

I started training with CYBEROBICS in May 2020. One year before that, I was in an accident where a car ran into me while I was riding my bicycle. I knew that all my progress in physical rehab would be moot if I didn’t continue training afterwards.
So, one day, I was standing in front of my laptop and was completely unmotivated. How could a trainer who was far away possibly motivate me through a digital medium? But coach Katja welcomed me with a sunny smile, and I have stuck with her, and all the other coaches, since then. 😊

How has CYBEROBICS helped you to reach your goal?

CYBEROBICS offers a variety of different classes, which means that they have something for everyone. I also like that different difficulty levels are demonstrated for exercises. For instance, at the beginning, I used either no weights at all or 0.5 kg weights during STRONG classes, which meant that I could up my game every time. I also love the opportunity to exchange ideas in the CYBEROBICS community.

Have you already decided on your next goal?

Yes, of course! The only thing I have to say is: My new barbell bar and speed bike want to be used! I can highly recommend trying out new kinds of exercise.

Do you have any tips for self-motivation?

Before my accident, I was very sporty, and then had to start again almost from scratch. The most important thing is to set small goals and listen to your body. And lo and behold: At some point, even the heaviest weight plates are no problem.
