Michaela, what is your personal success?

When I began training with CYBEROBICS, I had already lost 15 kilos through healthy eating. Thanks to the training, I lost 35 kilograms in total and reduced my stomach circumference by an unbelievable 27 centimetres! I was also able to significantly improve my endurance and build visible muscle.

Why did you decide to begin training with CYBEROBICS?

Coach Junio advertised CYBEROBICS on Instagram. As my studio was closed due to COVID-19, I tested the classes that were free at the time and was immediately thrilled. When the fitness studios started opening again, I combined my gym training with the CYBEROBICS classes.

How did CYBEROBICS help you to achieve your goal?

I was never on good terms with sport. If anyone had told me a year ago that one day I would look forward to training, I would have thought they were crazy. Today, I can’t imagine my life without CYBEROBICS. I especially like exchanging ideas in the community and with the coaches. It makes you feel that you totally belong to the CYBEROBICS family. My quality of life has improved so much, and you have contributed a lot to that!


Have you already decided on your next goal?

Thanks to you, I’ve realised that I can achieve everything I want to in life. I haven’t reached the end of my weight-loss journey yet, but with CYBEROBICS, I know I can do it. Currently, I’m even thinking about getting a trainer certificate.

Do you have any tips for self-motivation?

Start slow, don’t pack too much into your training schedule and don’t give up if it doesn’t immediately work the way you expected. But one thing is certain: if you start training with CYBEROBICS, you’ll get addicted to it!
