Lizzie, what is your personal success?

I felt that I had achieved success when I managed to achieve my dream weight of 62 kilos after trying to for a long time. I was a young woman the last time I was at this weight.

Why did you decide to begin training with CYBEROBICS?

I started training with CYBEROBICS because I really enjoyed the classes and because the coaches light a fire under you!

How has CYBEROBICS helped you to reach your goal?

CYBEROBICS brought me far closer to my goal because the classes are so varied and the coaches really motivate you!

Have you already decided on your next goal?

I want to lose another 2 to 4 kilos next year. I also want to tone up a bit more, continue to eat healthily and just enjoy life!

Do you have any tips for self-motivation?

Making a positive physical change isn’t a sprint – it’s a marathon. Forget crash diets and don’t get too wound up. Make sure you only get on the scales once a week, starting from when your trousers are fitting nicely again. The name of the game is getting the combination of movement and healthy eating right.
